Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoShamePantry.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. NoShamePantry is operated by NoShamePantry ("we," "us," or "our").

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to submit content including recipes, deal posts, forum comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content -- you own what you create
  • Grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content on the Service. This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable, and it lasts for as long as your content remains on the Service
  • Represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights

You may delete your User Content at any time, which will revoke the license granted above (except where the content has been shared by other users or is required for legal compliance).

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to submit content or engage in conduct that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group
  • Contains spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional material unrelated to the Service
  • Impersonates any person or entity
  • Contains malware, phishing attempts, or other harmful code
  • Attempts to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
  • Interferes with or disrupts the Service or its infrastructure
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoShamePantry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
